Beginning with Discernment

So… you think you might need an exorcism.  Or maybe you’re not sure but something definitely feels off.  Sometimes people come here convinced someone else needs one (often a friend, sibling, or an ex...we’ve all been there)...All humor aside, experiences that feel like energetic intrusion, spiritual disturbance, or entity attachment can be deeply real for the person experiencing them. The truth is, not every situation requires an exorcism and in fact, most do not.

Throughout history, what has been called “possession” can range from psychological overwhelm and unresolved trauma to energetic entanglement, environmental imprint, or genuine spiritual disturbance. The first step is understanding what is actually happening:  Is this an entity attachment or energetic parasitism? Is this an environmental or ancestral imprint? Is this an egregore or thought-form dynamic? Is this a nervous system or subconscious pattern expressing symbolically?  Or is your daimon (your deeper self) asking to be heard?

True exorcism work is rare, serious, and approached with great care. When necessary, it is a process, not a single dramatic event like we see in the movies,  and may unfold over days or weeks through structured ritual, energetic clearing, and psychological integration.
